International Speakers Network?

I'm considering a lifetime membership with the International Speakers Network (http://www.isnworks.com/67.html). It's an agency that helps connect people like me who do keynotes and workshops with various audiences, for a percentage of the speaking fee. They also do self-publishing. Anybody have any experience with this company either first-hand or via reputation?
